Latest Reading Summary

The past chunk of time (I don’t know how long since I last wrote one of these) has been hectic as always. Parenting a toddler is hard enough all on its own. Then I add into that that I’ve taken on more coaching responsibilities and am about to start my very last Psychology subject… it’s been wonderful and somewhat insane. You can see how delayed I am in scheduling review publications though… a lot of Christmas themed stories in this summary!

March 2017

march-2017

This month meant the return to my Masters, so while I’ve been reading some of my old favourites while trying to be inspired to do more writing. Constantly talking to other avid bibliophiles and writers has certainly helped though! The lack of internet has been difficult to do all of my research for said projects though… weekly access to the internet has made life more than a little difficult! Luckily I have so many books to wile away the hours between bouts of writing and Masters work.

February 2017

february-2017

I’ve had a thoroughly enjoyable month of reviews for February. Starting out with some really sweet romances, and progressing to many diverse short stories, it’s been a month that has really reminded me to be true to myself and those who love me. The addition of a new puppy to our family has certainly helped this feeling… although it hasn’t done good things for the covers of some of my books!

So here are the reviews of this month in all their glory (or obscurity):

January 2017

january-2017

This summary for January is a little delayed, but that’s because the start of the new year always entails a lot of running around. For me this year it was trying to enrol in my Writing Masters for the year, taking care of family drama, and my all time favourite part of January… welcoming a new puppy into my little family! Which of course delayed this post even more, because it is so difficult to concentrate on writing when there is a tiny, uncoordinated beast running around.
